Lexena Desktop is distributed under the MIT License. Source available on GitHub. Lexena Cloud is a hosted service governed by these terms.

Ownership of your data

Your notes, transcriptions, dictionaries, and snippets belong to you. Lexena claims no rights on the content you produce.

Acceptable use

Lexena must not be used to transcribe conversations without participants' consent. Compliance with local audio recording laws is the user's responsibility.

Liability limits

Lexena is provided "as is". No guarantee of cloud service availability. No liability for data loss — export your notes regularly.

Jurisdiction

TBD before public release. Likely French law.
